PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility evaluation apparatus for evaluating a facility near a guidance route obtained by nearby facility search of a navigation system, and a method thereof.SOLUTION: A facility evaluation apparatus includes: a facility information storage section which stores facility information including facility location information; and a guidance route storage section which stores a guidance route searched by a navigation system. On the basis of the guidance route and the facility location information, a facility near the guidance route is searched from the facility information storage section, to evaluate the obtained facility, on the basis of a predetermined evaluation condition. |
