PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side sill structure of a vehicle capable of dealing with the problem of interference of a lower edge part of a side sill garnish with, for example, an arm part of a two-post lift, while lowering the lower edge part of the side sill garnish as much as possible.SOLUTION: The side sill structure of a vehicle includes: a side sill 4 extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle at a lower part of a side surface of the vehicle; and a side sill garnish 40 attached to the side sill 4 so as to cover the outside in a vehicle width direction of the side sill 4. The side sill structure of a vehicle also includes: a recessed groove 40b recessed inward of the vehicle, and provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, at a position above a lower edge of the side sill garnish 40 by a predetermined distance, in an outer surface 40a in the vehicle width direction of the side sill garnish 40; and deformation promotion means 40f' for elastically deforming a lower edge part 40x of the side sill garnish 40, adjacent to the recessed groove 40b, toward the recessed groove 40b, in response to stress from below. |
