PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user attribute estimation program capable of estimating the user attribute of a user with higher reliability on the basis of power consumption by a user.SOLUTION: A user attribute estimation program allows a computer to function as: weather data management means for acquiring a weather related value; active power extraction means for calculating the active electric energy of a user; representative vector generation means for generating a characteristic time representative vector representing active electric energy in a characteristic time zone in which characteristics may be generated in accordance with weather; characteristic vector generation means for generating a characteristic vector including an active power vector element and the characteristic time representative vector element and the weather related value as an element; estimation model construction means for constructing an estimation model by performing machine learning by using a teacher data set including the set of a characteristic vector and a user attribute value as teacher data; and user attribute estimation means for inputting the characteristic vector related to an estimation target user to the estimation model, and for acquiring the estimation value of the user attribute of the estimation object user.
