PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method of a rectangular plate shape material, by which a working quality and productivity of the rectangular plate shape material can be further improved when removing corner parts of the rectangular plate shape material. ! SOLUTION: A working method of removing corner parts of a rectangular plate shape material includes: a holding step of holding the rectangular plate shape material by holding means in a state where a corner to be removed of the rectangular plate shape material is exposed; a positioning step of making the corner to be removed of the rectangular plate shape material face a side face of a cutting edge of a cutting blade mounted on a tip of a spindle before or after executing the holding step; a removing step of, after executing the holding step and the positioning step, relatively moving the rectangular plate shape material so as to approach the rotating cutting blade in an axial center direction of the spindle, and removing the corner of the rect |
