PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher in which fed detergent is more widely spread avoiding the detergent being deposited, and thus accelerating its dissolution, and in which washing is performed in a longer period of time using washing water with the detergent thoroughly dissolved therein, thus making it possible for the dishwasher to demonstrate a higher washing power. ! SOLUTION: The dishwasher comprises: an enclosure 1; a washing tank 3 for receiving washing objects 7 in the enclosure 1 and also collecting the washing water; a washing nozzle 6 arranged within the washing tank 3 and jetting the washing water to the washing objects 7; a heater 8 for heating the washing water; a washing pump 5 for supplying the washing water to the washing nozzle 6 to circulate the washing water; and a detergent feeding part 11 to indicated the position where the detergent is fed.
