PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device 100 that enables a paper web a1 of any length to be cut in a desired length efficiently from a processed product a2 with a paper web a1 wound in a coil shape. ! SOLUTION: A paper web cutting device includes: a processed product supporting unit 101 for rotatably supporting a processed product a2 of the state where a bendable paper web a1 of a cross section L-type is wound up in a coil shape around a vertical axis circumference; a sending unit 102 for drawing the paper web a1 of the processed product a2 supported to this supporting unit 101 only by a length corresponding to the incoming information and sending it out forward; and a cutting unit 103 for cutting and separating the paper web a1 sent off from this sending unit 102. !
