PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of interference between a medical instrument and an adjacent organ in a body cavity.SOLUTION: Provided is a surgery system 100, which comprises: a medical instrument 1 insertable into a body cavity; organ measurement means 7 for measuring the three-dimensional position of an organ D in the body cavity; a noninterference region setting unit 10 which sets a noninterference region in the body cavity space excluding the organ D, on the basis of the three-dimensional position of the organ D; medical instrument detection means 8 for detecting the three-dimensional position of the medical instrument 1 in the body cavity; a medical instrument occupying region calculation unit 11 for calculating the region occupied by the medical instrument 1 in the body cavity, on the basis of the three-dimensional position of the medical instrument 1; an interference prediction unit 12 which predicts interference between the medical instrument 1 and the organ D on the basis of the positional relation between the noninterference region and the region occupied by the medical instrument 1; and an alert unit 13 for alerting an operator when the interference between the medical instrument 1 and the organ D is predicted by the interference prediction unit 12. |
