PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device which can perform operation by a variety of operation modes without the acceptance of operations by a physical switch and a button.SOLUTION: In a radio telemeter system for transmitting and receiving through a radio network a measurement result from a meter which measures the use amount of a measurement object, the radio communication device includes: short-range radio communication means for performing short-range radio communication with external equipment; storage means, which is configured to be rewritable from the external equipment, for storing information related to the operation of the self-device; and control means for reading out information related to the operation stored in the storage means and for executing the operation, when executing the short-range radio communication with the external equipment by the short-range radio communication means. |
