PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector and medical instrument for hemostatic purpose capable of favorably connecting the medical instrument having hemostatic function, to a hub of a sheath introducer.SOLUTION: A medical connector 12 includes: a first tube part 52 that is inserted into an internal passage of a hub and connected to the hub with it penetrating through a hemostatic valve provided in the internal passage thereof; a second tube part 53 to be connected to a Y connector; and a tube hole 55 for communicating the internal passage of the hub to an internal passage of the Y connector. The medical connector 12 further includes a pair of holding parts 58 for holding a branch tube of the hub. The branch tube is held by the pair of holding parts 58, so that the connection state between the first tube part 52 and the hub is retained.
