PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency corresponding device for a vehicle and a vehicle accident notification system capable of accurately grasping the situation of injury of an occupant with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An emergency corresponding device 1 for a vehicle includes: an acceleration sensor 3 as vehicle accident detection means for detecting the occurrence of a vehicle accident; a search sensor 4 for specifying portable communication equipment 2 existing in the vehicle on the basis of a signal from the portable communication equipment; a speaker 6 as voice output means for outputting a voice; a voice operation part 51 for allowing the speaker 6 to output a predetermined voice message; and a recording operation part 52 for allowing the recording function of the portable communication equipment 2 to operate. When the occurrence of the vehicle accident is detected by the acceleration sensor 3, the voice operation part 51 allows the speaker 6 to output the predetermined voice message, and the recording operation part 52 allows the recording function of the portable communication equipment 2 specified by the search sensor 4 to operate.
