<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator having high impact resistance, an optical scanner, an image display device, and a head mount display.SOLUTION: An optical scanner 3 includes: a structure 30 having a movable part 31 having a light-reflecting part M, a pair of shafts (first shafts) 321, 322, a supporting part 33, and a pair of shock relaxation parts 361, 362; driving means to swing the movable part 31; and a regulating part 35 to regulate (limit) an excessive displacement of the shock relaxation parts 361, 362. The regulating part 35 includes first regulating parts 351, 352 and second regulating parts 353, 354. The first regulating part 351 and the second regulating part 353 are disposed to interpose the shock relaxation part 361; and similarly, the first regulating part 352 and the second regulating part 354 are disposed to interpose the shock relaxation part 362.</p> |
