PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composition for an electric wire protection material, of which mold achieves a satisfactory long-term heat resistance; an electric wire protection material; and a wire harness.SOLUTION: A composition for an electric wire protection material is a resin composition which comprises a polypropylene-based resin and a copper deactivator, and is used for an electric wire protection material molding. The copper deactivator is composed of a compound having a molecular weight of 400 or larger. The composition is used to obtain an electric wire protection material by molding the composition into a predetermined shape which enables the protection of an electric wire. The electric wire protection material is formed with the composition for an electric wire protection material. A wire harness is arranged by covering an electric wire bundle formed by bundling insulated electric wires from therearound.
