SOLUTION: A liquid storage container includes: a first case 62 which has a communication hole 104 connected to outside of a recessed part 65 for storing ink 161; a sheet member 91 which covers the recessed part 65; a pressure receiving plate 93 arranged between the recessed part 65 and the sheet member 91; a biasing member 95 which can bias the pressure receiving plate 93; a valve part 105 which can seal the communication hole 104; and a lever part 106 which can open/close the valve part 105.
