PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle interior lamp control device in which a passenger in a vehicle can easily know the degree of the brake operation by a driver. ! SOLUTION: A vehicle interior lamp control device 1 for controlling the lighting of vehicle interior lamps provided in a vehicle C comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring an operation speed or an operation amount with respect to a brake of the vehicle C; and a control unit for controlling the lighting of the vehicle interior lamps in different lighting modes corresponding to the operation speed or the operation amount acquired by the acquisition part. Thus, the vehicle interior lamp control device 1 can allow a passenger of the vehicle C to confirm the lighting mode corresponding to the operation speed or the operation amount, thereby easily letting the passenger know the degree of the brake operation by a driver. !
