PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet manufacturing apparatus that can manufacture an adhesive sheet capable of being stuck so as to prevent simple formation of bubbles between itself and an adherend. ! SOLUTION: An adhesive sheet manufacturing apparatus 10 is provided with first recess forming means 30 that, at any position away from a first deepest part DP1 of dot or linear form, forms a first recess HL1, where the first deepest part DP1 side is provided deeper than the outer edge EG side, in one face RA of a release sheet RL, and adhesive piling means 40 that piles an adhesive AD on the one face RA of the release sheet RL where the first recess HL1 is formed. The first recess HL1 is so provided as to form a first apex 1 that can make a point contact or a line contact with the adherend in the adhesive AD layer of an adhesive sheet AS 1 formed for each of the first recess HL1. !
