Disclosed is a method for measuring the difference of a pulse wave velocity in a mobile device, comprising the steps of: obtaining the electrocardiogram information of a subject via a first electrode included in the mobile device, which is in contact with a first surface of the subject, and a second electrode included in the mobile device, which is in contact with a second surface of the subject; obtaining information on change in blood flow on the first surface and the second surface using a first optical sensor included in the mobile device, which is in contact with the first surface, and a second optical sensor included in the mobile device, which is in contact with the second surface; obtaining information on a pulse wave velocity to the first surface and information on a pulse wave velocity to the second surface based on the obtained electrocardiogram information and the information on change in blood flow on the first surface and the second surface; and measuring the difference of a pulse wave velocity based on the information on the pulse wave velocities to the first surface and the second surface. |
