A ship and an arrangement structure of a ship are disclosed. According to the present invention, the ship comprises: an LNG storage tank module disposed on an upper deck of a stern portion of a hull; an engine room disposed on the lower deck of the stern portion of the hull, having an engine of the ship; and a fuel supply unit disposed on the upper deck of the stern portion of the hull to supply an LNG or a BOG from the LNG storage tank module to the engine room.
