PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device and a program which allow for automatic mirror image inversion of an image, by detecting mount and demount of a deflection member on and from the body portion.SOLUTION: When a half mirror holder is fitted in a housing, a CPU inverts the orientation of the image data S21, and identifies the background image and the image of a character from the image data subjected to mirror image inversion S22. Subsequently, the CPU performs black background processing for making the background image identified in S22 the black background S23, before reducing the image data subjected to black background processing to 3/4 S24. Thereafter, the CPU sets a luminance value corresponding to the luminance level of the image data, from a luminance table B stored in a program ROM S25. AS an example, the luminance value is 64/64, and the luminance of the image data remains as it is and does not lower. Finally, the CPU transmits the image data to a projector, and displays the image data S19. |
