PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article allowing a user, even before wearing, to easily control an adjustment amount of tension of three-dimensional gathers.SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes a pair of gather sheets 204 at both sides along a longitudinal direction X of an absorber in a top sheet side. End portions at the outer sides of the gather sheets 204 in a width-direction Y are fixed to an upper face of the top sheet at lateral sides of the absorber, and the gather sheets 204 have elastic members 204a along the longitudinal direction X thereof. Further, at least one end portion of the gather sheet 204 in the longitudinal direction X includes an attachment part 242 that is detachably attached to the top sheet, and a three-dimensional gather is formed of a part where the attachment part 242 of the gather sheet is not formed. The attachment part 242 includes a plurality of mechanical tapes 243 disposed along the longitudinal direction at prescribed intervals. |
