PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of operation based on the conventional (N-1) reliability reference that appropriate operation planning is impossible in a power system where renewable energy has increased.SOLUTION: A power system monitoring device for monitoring a power system includes an input section for inputting expected system failure data containing the occurrence frequency of expected failure of the power system, and expected output change data containing the occurrence frequency of expected output change of a generator for connection with the power system, and an output section for generating a condition of combination of the expected failure and each event of the expected output change, based on the expected failure and the occurrence frequency of expected output change, and outputting a control plan for each condition. |
