<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather-like sheet-shaped material which particularly has an excellent surface touch for a long period of time and is excellent in color development and appearance quality; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A sheet-shaped material according to the present invention contains a polymer elastomer in a fibrous base material including ultrafine fibers having an average single fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7μm and has nap on the surface thereof. In the sheet-shaped material, 100 fibers are randomly extracted from among napped fibers present within 0.2μm in a thickness direction from the surface of the sheet-shaped material. When a distance between one fiber of the randomly extracted 100 fibers and a napped fiber closest to the one fiber is measured as the shortest distance between fibers, the average of the shortest distances between fibers for the 100 fibers is 10 to 30μm. When distances between one fiber of the randomly extracted 100 fibers and peripheral 20 napped fibers selected in order of proximity to the one fiber are measured, the standard deviation of the distances between the fibers for the 100 fibers is 10 or less.</p> |
