The present invention relates to a rotary large dehumidifier of a new structure, configured to effectively rotate a dehumidifying rotor for absorbing and removing moisture included in the air. According to the present invention, a driving means in the rotary large dehumidifier comprises: a driving motor (20) having a driving sprocket provided on a driving shaft; a plurality of driven sprocket units (30) which include an engaging member (32) having a tooth (32a) to which a chain (40) is coupled, and are arranged on the peripheral surface of the dehumidifying rotor (B) to be spaced apart at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the dehumidifying rotor (B); and a chain (40) coupled to a peripheral portion of the driving sprocket (21) and the driven sprocket units (30). A driving force of the driving motor (20) is effectively transmitted to the driven sprocket units (30), thereby enabling the dehumidifying rotor (B) to be smoothly rotated. |
