The present invention relates to sundae (Korean blood sausage) containing natural pigment, and a method for producing the same. Clotted blood-free sundae of the present invention is produced by adding directly extracted natural pigment instead of clotted blood, thereby improving color, taste, and smells of sundae and reducing repulsion to sundae. Moreover, a component contained in the natural pigment can prevent several sorts of diseases. Furthermore, dried vegetables are used, so storage and texture of sundae can be improved. In addition, sundae is produced in a structure in which unit fabrics and twisted joints are alternately formed, so conventional standardized sundae shape can be avoided and sundae can be easily eaten. |
