<p>The present invention relates to an injection molding device of a wire rope protection cone comprising: a frame; an injection gun for melting an injection material for molding a protection cone to be horizontally injected; a mold assembly having a lower cavity part and an upper cavity part upwardly and downwardly separated from and assembled with each other to form a molding cavity for accommodating protection cone molding parts of the wire rope, and having a lower mold and an upper mold having a runner for guiding the injection material injected from the injection gun along upper and lower separated surfaces into the molding cavity; a lower mold support unit formed on the frame and supporting the lower mold; an upper mold support unit formed on the frame and supporting the upper mold and the lower mold to be coupled and upwardly separated; an ascending guiding unit for guiding the upper mold support unit to ascend; and an ascending operating unit for operating the upper mold support unit to ascend. According to the present invention, space efficiency is ensured; movement of a worked material is short; and a wire rope is just put on a lower mold to mold a protection cone. Accordingly, a position where a wire is fitted into a mold can be easily set, and a resin remaining in a runner of a mold can be easily removed.</p> |
