<p>The present invention relates to a method for processing Salvia plebeia R. BR. beneficial to bronchi. The method comprises: a process for washing Salvia plebeia R. BR. and drying the same, and then sterilizing with far infrared rays at 90-100°C; a process for grinding the sterilized Salvia plebeia R. BR. into fine powder of 300-400 mesh; a process for washing and drying Houttuynia cordata, and then peeling the same; a process for roasting the peeled Houttuynia cordata; a process for grinding the roasted Houttuynia cordata into fine powder of 300-400 mesh; a mixing process for mixing 20-80 wt% of the Salvia plebeia R. BR., which has been ground into fine powder of 300-400 mesh, and 80-20 wt% of the Houttuynia cordata, which has been ground into fine powder of 300-400 mesh, to be suitable for various foods and beverages, and diluting the same; a stirring process for stirring the mixed Salvia plebeia R. BR. and Houttuynia cordata using a centrifugal stirrer; and an additive making process for sterilizing the stirred Salvia plebeia R. BR. and Houttuynia cordata in a hygienic container at 30-40°C for 12 hours and making the same into an additive. Therefore, the suitable amount of the additive is used in custard cream, bread crumbs, a topping for rice cake, an additive for a toothpaste, seasoning for kimchi, and seasoning sprinkled on roast meats before eating, thereby allowing people to enjoy food and beverage without feeling of pressure, and improving health.</p> |
