The invention relates to a device for regulating the temperature of an installation, in particular for air conditioning, reversible air conditioning or heating, made up of at least one convector, preferably a fan coil unit, and a thermostat connected to the fan coil unit, further comprising an independent temperature probe connected to a local automaton, said automaton in turn being connected to the fan coil unit and able to be connected to a control system. The subject-matter of the present invention is especially useful in a building containing several rooms, such as a hotel. The system according to the present invention offers the ability, depending on the group of sites or times, to vary the temperature control of the controlled sites. |
