According to the present invention, provided is a device for repairing the inner wall of a blast furnace, comprising: a repair material supply part for supplying a furnace wall repair material for repairing the wall of a blast furnace; a first guide arm combined with the repair material supply part, inserted into the fan mill unclamping part of the blast furnace and including a first supply path for passing the furnace wall repair material inside; a second guide arm having one end combined with the end part of the first guide arm to be able to rotate upward to prevent interference with charged materials stacked inside the blast furnace, having the other end capable of extending to the middle part of the blast furnace, and including a second supply path intercommunicating with the first supply path inside so that the furnace wall repair material moved from the first guide arm can pass; a third guide arm combined with the other end of the second guide arm to be able to rotate and including a third supply path intercommunicating with the second supply path inside so that the furnace wall repair material moved from the second guide arm can pass; and a spray nozzle combined with the end part of the third guide arm to be able to rotate and intercommunicating with the third supply path so that the furnace wall repair material supplied from the third guide arm can be sprayed on the wall of the blast furnace.
