摘要 Disclosed is an orbital type-cutting machine, which freely and selectively controls approaching and retreating of a plurality of cutting tools, allows the cutting tools to be moved in an axial direction of material to be cut, thereby performing a process for forming various shapes as well as cutting and surface grinding, and simultaneously performs cutting and surface grinding of a pipe with a thickness of tens of mm or more or a heavy pipe. The orbital type-cutting machine comprises: a main axis rotary part coupled to one surface of the main body part to be rotated (axis C); a plurality of tool units coupled to the front surface of the main axis rotary part in such a manner that the tool units perform reciprocal movement (axis X) toward the center of the main axis rotary part to perform a process for cutting scrap material in an orbital manner; a relative movement part coupled to the main body part opposite to the main axis rotary part in such a manner that the relative movement part is motivated with the main axis rotary part to be rotated and transferring power to the tool unit parts to allow the tool unit parts to be reciprocally moved; a connection gear formed on one end of each drive shaft of the tool unit parts to be selectively engaged with the relative movement part to receive power from the relative movement part; an operation part allowing the selected connection gear to be engaged with or be spaced from the relative movement part; and a control part controlling movement of the main axis rotary part and the relative movement part.
