A fuel gas supply system for ships is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fuel gas supply system for ships comprises: a storage tank for storing a liquid fuel; a first fuel supply line to supply the liquid fuel from the storage tank to a high pressure gas injection engine; and a second fuel supply line for extracting an evaporation gas accumulated in the storage tank to supply the evaporation gas to a low pressure gas injection engine. The first fuel supply line comprises: a suction drum to temporarily store the liquid fuel supplied from the storage tank while applying pressure to the liquid fuel supplied from the storage tank to predetermined pressure; a pressurization pump to raise the pressure of the liquid fuel supplied from the suction drum; a high pressure vaporizer to vaporize the pressurized liquid fuel by the pressurization pump; and a pressure control line for measuring the pressure of the fuel gas, which has passed through the high pressure vaporizer to be vaporized, to maintain the pressure of the fuel gas within a predetermined range.
