<p>The present invention provides a service for identifying a user or charging for communications via a virtual phone number by generating a virtual phone number different from the phone number of a mobile communications terminal and transmitting the generated virtual phone number to the mobile communications terminal, a content provider (CP), a user identification agency and a communications charging PG company when a request for user identification or charging for communications is sent via a mobile phone authentication by the mobile communication terminal to the CP. Accordingly, a number used for mobile phone authentication in a user identification or charging service can be prevented from being used for advertisements or the like against the intention of a user by allowing a user to use a mobile phone number as a means of communications for contact, and to use a dedicated virtual phone number only for a user identification service and a charging service apart from the mobile phone number recorded in financial companies or public offices. Also, improper payment frauds against the interest of the user such as unrecognized automatic charging can be prevented by the one-time virtual phone number.</p> |
