The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a fermented extract of Hippophae rhamnoides and Aureobasidium pullulans. The fermented extract of Hippophae rhamnoides and Aureobasidium pullulans in the present invention can be used for an antioxidation, an anti-bacterial use, promoting collagen synthesis, ameliorating wrinkles, moisturizing, whitening, and improving skin barriers.
