The present invention refers to a reinforced double wide strip for the support of underwires in the cups of a bra, which is applied in the textile industry, particularly in the industry for manufacturing female bras or any other type of garment requiring a reinforced double wide strip. The reinforced double wide strip for supporting underwires in the cups of a bra comprises: (a) a first tube; (b) a second tube, and (c) a joining surface where at least a portion of the surface of the first tube is attached to at least a portion of the surface of the second tube for forming the reinforced double wide strip. The reinforced double wide strip is formed by three layers once the attachment between the two tubes is performed: a first outer layer corresponding to the first tube, a second outer layer corresponding to the second tube and a third inner layer corresponding to the joint between the two tubes, this may guarantee the resistance of the strip. |
