The present specification provides a central management server controlling a terminal to display information that specific equipment is abnormal, on a control screen when the specific apparatus is abnormal by communicating with a terminal which displays the control screen produced by modeling a control region having equipment in a 3D virtual region. The present invention further discloses a shop management system having the central management server and a method for managing shops. For this, a central management server according to an embodiment is a central management server for managing shops having at least one piece of equipment. The central management server includes a communications part which communicates with a terminal which displays a control screen which displays a 3D virtual region corresponding to a control region having at least one piece of equipment; and a control part which controls the terminal to display a state information that the specific piece of equipment is abnormal on the control screen, when one of the at least one specific equipment is abnormal.
