Disclosed are an uninterruptible power supply and an inverter using the same. The disclosed inverter is an inverter which is used for an uninterruptible power supply which includes a first capacitor and a second capacitor to store a DC link voltage. The inverter includes a third capacitor which controls the voltage of the first capacitor and the voltage of the second capacitor to be the same.
