<p>The present invention relates to a crankshaft for an outboard motor and, more specifically, to a vertical marine outboard motor comprising: a crankshaft vertically located inside a cylinder of an outboard motor, and connected with a piston horizontally reciprocating; a crankshaft coupler combined with the end of the lower part of the crankshaft and having the central hole inside; a drive shaft whose one end is combined with a hollow of the crankshaft coupler, and the other end is extended toward a lower part and connected with a propeller; an oil pan formed in the lower part of the crankshaft, and combined with the crankshaft coupler while a hollow is formed in the center; a mounting case which is combined with the lower end of the oil pan and combines and fixes the crankshaft and the oil pan; and a deflection preventing bearing formed in the interspace where the crankshaft coupler and the oil pan are combined for preventing the crankshaft from being deflected and damaged. The present invention has effects of preventing damage caused by the displacement phenomenon and deflection of the lower end of the crankshaft, and increasing the durability and the service life of an engine by a system for preventing deflection of a crankshaft for an outboard motor.</p> |
