The present invention consists in a device for rehabilitating the knee, which is intended to reproduce different exercises developed in a vertical plane, the invention having a mobile base that may be slid lengthwise a stretcher over the patient, the stretcher supporting two hinged arms with two mobile links each one, which form two kinematic independent chains, these arms being connected to the final effector element intended to support and guide the leg in the execution of the exercise routine. The device is actuated by linear engines and may perform the flexion-extension of the knee and the hip, in an individual or combined manner, thus being able to reproduce a variety of exercises used in the rehabilitation of the knee in any stage, either in the rehabilitation of lesions or diseases affecting directly or indirectly the knee, with the versatility of managing different sizes of legs. The configuration of this device is advantageous in that it is accurate, have a suitable loading c apacity, tightness and speed. |
