The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane module including: a lower frame which has an open top and an open bottom and includes a plurality of fixated bars mounted at intervals thereon; a plurality of U-shaped hollow fiber membranes which are mounted on the fixated bars at intervals and have open upper ends; a fixated header which includes a plurality of through holes to allow the upper ends of the U-shaped hollow fiber membranes to penetrate the same; and a water collection header which is mounted on an upper portion of the fixated header and includes a treated water outlet which discharges treated water filtrated by the U-shaped hollow fiber membranes.
