<p>The present invention relates to a portable welding monitoring system capable of simultaneously detecting and monitoring an electric current for welding, a voltage for welding, a pressurizing force, etc after welding by a welder; and capable of monitoring a welding quality in real time by moving to a welding position in accordance to necessity. The portable welding monitoring system comprises: a case (10) having a handle (11) installed in an upper part and a plurality of rubber supports (12) installed in a bottom surface wherein the upper part and the lower part are combined with each other to be able to be attached and detached; a plurality of substrates (13) having an electronic circuit for the statistics and analysis of an electric current, a voltage, a welding time, and a pressurizing force formed and contained in the case (10); a front surface plate (20) installed in a front surface of the case (10), including a display (21), a plurality of function keys (22), a menu key (23), a setting key (24), direction keys (25), and a hold key (26) having a power lamp (27) and a hold lamp (28) installed thereon; and a rear surface plate (30) installed in a rear surface of the case (10), including a plurality of cable connectors (31, 32, 33) having sensor cables for an electric current, a voltage, and a pressurizing force connected thereto respectively, a power connection part (34), an on/off switch (35), a LAN connection part (36), and an input and output signal cable connector (37).</p> |
