The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for measuring floating microbial particles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for measuring floating microbial particles comprises: a discharge device having a discharge electrode and a voltage supply part to apply a high voltage to the discharge electrode; a substrate provided in one side of the discharge device to collect microbial particles in the air using a high voltage applied to the discharge electrode; a reagent injection device to supply a staining reagent to the microbial particles collected in the substrate or the DNA of the microbial particles; and a luminescent measuring device to detect the amount of light from the DNA to which the staining reagent is supplied. In the discharge device, a control part controls the voltage supply part to apply a voltage to collect the microbial particles or to destroy the outer wall of the collected microbial particles. |
