<p>The present invention comprises: a guide protrusion unit installed in an upper portion of one side of a food tray transfer unit to serially supplying a food tray while maintaining an inclination angle to the food tray transfer unit wherein a slope unit is formed in a food tray separating device installed to naturally separating a dish and the food tray from the food tray where a plurality of bowls (a soup bowl, a rice bowl, a side dish bowl, a lid, etc.) are placed on an upper portion; a food tray guide device fixating and guiding the other side of the upper portion of the food tray transferred by the guide protrusion unit; and a rotating stopper supplying the food tray guided to the food tray transfer unit on a food tray transfer conveyor. Therefore, the food tray where the dishes are removed is more precisely and rapidly aligned in the food tray transfer unit maintaining the slope unit to be rapidly supplied from the slope unit to the food tray transfer conveyor to be more precisely and rapidly arranged to be rapidly supplied to a washing and drying unit to more rapidly wash and dry the large quantity of the dishes.</p> |
