<p>Provided are a method for providing additional information matched with a channel list and an apparatus thereof. According to the present invention, the method comprise the steps of: displaying a channel list configured by responding to a user′s input, and matching information matched with the channel list; selecting a target action for the matching information; and executing the target action for the matching information by responding to the selection. Accordingly, not only the channel list but also additional information which is customized to be matched with the channel list are provided to the user who uses a broadcasting service, thereby promoting the need for content purchase and enhancing the access convenience to content.</p> |
