The invention relates to a heating and/or air conditioning device of the earth energy system type for a dwelling or professional premises (1). The device comprises a pipe (3) in the form of a serpentine coil immersed in a container of water (2) buried in the ground at a chosen depth. The inlet (4) of the pipe (3) is connected to an air inlet (5) of the device and formed toward the bottom of the water container (2), while the outlet (6) of the pipe (3) is formed toward the top of the water container (2) and connected to an air intake (7) of the dwelling (1). |
