<p>The present invention is related to the robotic spray coating system comprising of a single paint robot (1) with atomizer or applicator (5) that is capable of supplying one or more coating agents or paints on objects (4), and at least one turntable unit (2) located under one part of the paint robot which has two or more extending arms. Each extending arm contains at least one rotary jig (3) to handle or fix the objects, preferably automotive parts, onto the turntable arms. With the robotic spray coating system as described in this invention, the coating process can handle various automotive parts, and can flexibly apply single layer to multi-layer of coating agents without compromising on productivity of the entire system.</p> |
