The present invention relates to a bidirectional preforming method of a gear plate to provide a gear plate which is hardly deformed during the thermal treatment, eliminates the uneven wear, and is capable of smoothly transmitting power without twisting. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bidirectional preforming method of a gear plate includes: a first step for forming a first thick circumferential portion by pushing the edge of a disk plate radially inward and downward; a second step for forming a second thick circumferential portion by pushing the first thick circumferential portion radially inward and downward; a third step for forming a third thick circumferential portion by pushing the second thick circumferential portion radially inward; a fourth step for forming a fourth thick circumferential portion by pushing the third thick circumferential portion radially inward; and a fifth step for forming a final thick circumferential portion by pushing the fourth thick circumferential portion radially inward to be flat. |
