PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material capable of improving adhesion strength between a first composite material layer that includes a fiber base material in which reinforced fiber bundles are arranged to cross each other and a second composite material layer that includes second reinforced fibers arranged irregularly, and a producing method of the same.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material 1 comprises: a first composite material layer 11A that includes a fiber base material 14 in which reinforced fiber bundles 13 in which first reinforced fibers 12 are set in order cross each other, and a first thermoplastic resin impregnated at least in each reinforced fiber bundle 13; and a second composite material layer 41A in which second reinforced fibers 42 are arranged irregularly in a second thermoplastic resin 46, the first composite material layer 11A being bonded to the second composite material layer 41A. A plurality of holes 15 are formed in at least a surface of the first composite material layer 11A bonded to the second composite material layer 41A out of the surface of the first composite material layer 11A. The second reinforced fiber 42 and the second thermoplastic resin 46 enter each hole 15. |
