PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which achieves improvement of the cooling performance while inhibiting positional deviation of fins.SOLUTION: A cooling device 20 includes: a case including a supply port for supplying a refrigerant to an inner part of the case and a discharge port for discharging the refrigerant in the inner part to an outer part; plate-like fins 30 which are provided in the case spaced away from each other in a plate thickness direction, the refrigerant flowing between the adjacent fins 30; maintaining means (protruding parts 32 as one example), each of which is formed in the fin 30 and maintains a space between the adjacent fins 30; and restraint means (protruding parts 40 and inserted parts 32B as one example) which are provided at the respective fins 30 and restrain relative movement of the adjacent fins 30 between which the space is maintained by the holding means. |
