PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To waterproof a terminal with certainty. ! SOLUTION: A terminal 10 connected with a partner side terminal, and connected with an electric wire 40 extending in a direction crossing the connection direction, comprises: a connection part 11 connected with the partner side terminal; a flange part 15 provided at a terminal end of the connection part 11 and having a diameter larger than that of the connection part 11; and an electric wire connection part 20 having a welded part 23 that is a plate-like member extending in an axial direction of the connection part 11 from the flange part 15 and a part of which extends in an extending direction of the electric wire 40 and welded with the electric wire 40, and also having an edge part 29A provided adjacently to a base of the welded part 23. To the edge part 29A, an end part of a heat-shrinkable tube 50 covering an end part of the electric wire 40 and the welded part 23 is arranged in an abutting or opposed state. !
