Therefore, most of the magnetic fluxes generated from the top surface (N pole) of the central magnetic pole part MG1b is absorbed on the top surfaces (S poles) of magnetic pole parts MG1a and MG1c on both ends, the balance between the magnetic fields in the magnet is achieved, the leak amount of the magnetic flux to the outside is reduced, and the amount of the magnetic flux under the yoke YK1 can be suppressed.
