PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the thickness of a part provided with an air bag. ! SOLUTION: A seat belt device 10 includes webbing 24 which is worn on an occupant P sitting on a seat 12, and an air bag 34 which is fixed to the webbing 24 and which is expanded between the webbing 24 and the occupant P by having its inside supplied with gas. Additionally, the seat belt device 10 also includes a cover member 60 which is extended along the webbing 24, and which has both transverse-direction ends sewn along a longitudinal direction of the webbing 24 to both transverse-direction ends of the webbing 24 so that a space for arranging the air bag 34 can be formed between the cover member and the webbing 24. !
