PREPARATION METHOD AND USE OF SERICIN HYDROGEL

Disclosed is a method for preparing a sericin hydrogel, and the method is as follows: first, weighing domestic silk fibroin deficient mutation variety silkworm cocoons for LiBr or LiCl extraction, dialysis and purification to obtain a non-degradable sericin/water solution with a mass percentage concentration of 0.1-4%; then concentrating the sericin/water solution to 1.5-10%, adding a cross-linking agent to the concentrated sericin/water solution (wherein 2-500 μl of the cross-linking agent is added into the sericin/water solution per ml), and fully mixing before placing at 4-45℃ for 5 seconds to 36 hours to obtain the sericin hydrogel. The sericin hydrogel has a biological activity and multiple functions, can be used as a carrier for growth factors, drugs and cells, and can be applied to the repair of a variety of soft tissue injuries, including but not limited to skin damage, muscle damage, injuries to blood vessels, nerve injuries, myocardial damages and the like, and treatment of diseases.
